Please note that the time you receive the order is calculated as follows:

Delivery time=order processing time+logistics transportation time+local delivery time.
Please refer to the detailed instructions for each stage below.

1. Order processing time:
After payment confirmation, the order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided when you placed the order.

If any modifications are required, please contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp. Orders cannot be modified beyond this time range.

We usually process orders and ship them within 3 working days.
However, for certain customized orders or due to limited inventory, the processing time may be extended to 5 working days.

 

2. Track the status of the shipment

After your order is shipped, a shipping notification containing a tracking number and tracking instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your registered order.

To track the delivery status of a package, you can click on the logistics tracking website and enter the tracking number provided in the email to check the shipping progress of the package.

If you haven't received any emails, be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

 

3. Transportation costs:
Standard shipping fee: $2 per order;
Orders of 2 or more items are free of shipping.
Delivery is available in most European countries and Australia.

For some countries with higher shipping costs, such as Iceland, Morocco, Vatican City, and Montenegro, shipping costs will be calculated based on the quantity of goods ordered and the destination country. Please refer to the actual cost displayed at checkout.

 

4. Transportation time:
Germany, UK: 7-10 working days
Other European countries: 10-15 working days
Australia: 8-12 working days
Please note:

The above time range only applies to transportation time and does not include local delivery time.
Transportation delays may occur during holidays, Black Friday promotions, extreme weather conditions, or strikes. In this situation, we appreciate your understanding.
If you have not received the package within the specified time, please contact the local delivery company (details below). If you need assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service for a satisfactory solution.
