1. Order notification:
-Order confirmation notification: After the order payment is completed, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will include detailed information about the products included in your order as well as your delivery information, so that you can verify the accuracy of your order and delivery address.
-Shipping Notice: In addition, our system will send another email notification after your order is shipped. This email will include the package tracking number and information on how to track the package. It will also include our customer service contact information.
-Please make sure to check if the notification mentioned above is in the inbox of the email address you provided when placing the order (not the PayPal related email). If you haven't received them, please check your spam or junk folder.
2. Order modification:
-Orders can be modified within 24 hours after payment is completed, including size changes or customization requests. After this time frame, modifications (such as size changes or cancellation of customization requests) will not be possible.
-To modify your order, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp and provide your order number.
-If you are unsure about the order number, you can click on "Track Order" in the navigation bar and enter the email address used during the purchase (please ensure accuracy) to retrieve the order number.
3. Customized orders:
-Orders with customization requests cannot be cancelled or modified 24 hours after payment is completed. Please ensure that the customization details are accurate and accurate when placing an order.
-Customized orders refer to purchasing jerseys that require customization, such as armbands, personalized names, numbers, etc.
4. Non customized orders:
-Once non customized products are shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Description of out of stock or size shortage:
-Due to the wide variety of football jerseys, some products may experience shortages or size shortages after ordering. In this case, we may need additional time to purchase or restock for you.
-If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will immediately contact you to arrange a refund. Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of contact and are typically processed through the original payment method. 8. Exclusion of post purchase services:
-Quality issues occur after label cutting or prolonged wear after multiple uses.
-The product was not purchased directly from our website.
-Unable to provide evidence of quality issues (photos or videos).
-Repetitive fraudulent behavior.
